How to start
Open Track Order or your account, choose the item, and print the prepaid label. Returns are free from the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia and the UAE.
Refunds
Processed to the original payment method within five business days of arrival at our warehouse.
Exceptions
Personalised or monogrammed pieces and final-sale archive items cannot be returned unless faulty.
